Welcome to Sheetech Enterprises. By purchasing tools from our shop or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access our services at our Ronald Ngala location or via our contact channels.
By engaging with Sheetech Enterprises, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are supervised by a legal guardian.

2. Product Information & Pricing

Accuracy: We strive to ensure all descriptions of hand and power tools are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
Availability: Stock levels for specific brands or models are subject to change. We cannot guarantee the immediate availability of all items listed in our catalog.

3. Sales and Payments

Payment Methods: We accept cash, M-Pesa, and approved bank transfers.
Ownership: Goods remain the property of Sheetech Enterprises until full payment is received.
Receipts: A valid receipt will be issued for every purchase. Please retain your receipt for any future warranty claims or inquiries.

4. Warranty and Returns

Power Tools: Most power tools come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and coverage depend on the specific brand and model.
Hand Tools: Warranty on hand tools is typically limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear or misuse.
Returns/Exchanges: * Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the tool is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Electrical components or tools damaged by power surges or improper use are not eligible for return.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sheetech Enterprises shall not be held liable for:

Any injuries or damages resulting from the improper use of tools purchased from us.
Indirect or consequential losses arising from tool failure.
Note: We strongly recommend following all safety guidelines provided by the tool manufacturer.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi.
