Returns & Refund Policy

At Sheetech Enterprises, we stand behind the quality of our drills, grinders, and hand tools. We understand that sometimes a tool might not be the right fit for your project, or issues may arise. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward as the tools we sell.


🔄 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging (boxes, manuals, and accessories included).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

🛠️ Warranty & Defective Items

If a power tool (like a drill or grinder) is found to have a manufacturing defect:

  1. Notify us immediately via +254790 689 845.

  2. We will inspect the tool to confirm the defect was not caused by misuse or accidental damage.

  3. Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded according to the specific manufacturer’s warranty terms.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: These are processed within 15 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are typically issued via the original payment method used during checkout.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Zero (ksh 0) retuns cost / Restocking fees: If you are returning an item because it is defective or we sent the wrong tool, Sheetech Enterprises will cover the return shipping costs.


📝 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email shop@sheeteche.co.ke or call +254790 689 845.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  3. Ship or Drop Off: You can ship the item back to our Ronald Ngala Plaza, 1st Floor, Shop 10, Ronald Ngala Street, Nairobi branch or bring it in person for a faster assessment.


Note: Items that show signs of heavy use, tampered seals, or missing parts cannot be accepted for a full refund.
