How do I place an order?
  1. Find the items you want: You can browse by category or search for an item.
  2. Add items to your cart: Click the image of the item to see details, then click Add to Cart Button.
  3. Review your cart: Make sure the items and quantities are correct, then click Checkout.
  4. Enter delivery and payment information: Choose your delivery method and payment option.
  5. Place your order: Click Place Order to submit your order.
  6. Receive confirmation: You should receive a confirmation page and an email with your order details.
Do you accept cash on delivery?

We allow our customers to pay for the order upon delivery  via Cash on Delivery option (COD) to build enough trust.

Once your order arrives, you can use the link on your email or any other communicated method to complete the order payment

How do I use your payment methods?

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Click COD checkbox on the payment method section until it is checked.
  • Enter your phone number on the mpesa section .
  • Click Place Order button and check your phone for an mpesa prompt
  • Enter your pin to pay the shipping fee partially.
  • You will receive an email with a breakdown for your order.
  • Once the delivery is completed, you will use the link on your order receipt email or any communicated method to complete your order payments. 

Mpesa Payments

  • When you have filled all the information, enter your phone number on the mpesa section and click Place Order button, then check your phone for an mpesa pin prompt , enter your pin and you will be redirected to a confirmation and success page.
  • Check your email for the order receipt.
Can I track my order?

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a receipt email with an order number.

When you want to track your order details, go to track order page and provide that order number and your email and you will get your order details and its progress.
